Complimentary servicing for bicycles

Each customer is entitled to a Complimentary Bike Servicing, 1 year from the date of purchase at Drive Bikes

✔️FREE Lifetime Shaky Stem Tightening. (U.P $30/time)

What does the warranty cover?

  • All our bicycle components covered under warranty includes: Frame, Handlebar & Shimano Gears.
  •  These Parts are warranted for any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of original purchase and delivery. You may purchase an additional 1 year of warranty for $100 respectively
  • Normal wear and tear of any Covered Parts is not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover any free gifts that come along with the bicycle

Our warranty will cover manufacturing defects which causes the device to not work as per intended or does not correspond with its description.

The following situations will not be covered by the warranty:

  • Lack of cleaning or maintenance. 
  • Malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembling, or self repair.
  • Accidental damage or malfunction due to improper storage. 
  • Wear and tear due to usage. 
  • Exterior damages.
  • Water damage.

Other situations like: 

  • If consumer changed his/her mind and no longer wanted the item
  • Any logistical cost of returning the product to us for servicing or cost of returning the product to the customer after servicing.
  • Defects or malfunctions of the product not notified by the customer during the Warranty Period.

What does the warranty cover?

  • All our e-bike components covered under warranty includes: motor hub, controller, and battery. These Parts are warranted for any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for six months from the date of original purchase and delivery. You may purchase an additional six months of warranty for $100, bringing it to a total of twelve months of warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear of any Covered Parts is not covered under warranty.
  • Any unauthorised alterations, tampering or repairs are not covered by this warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover any free gifts that come along with the e-bike.
  • The e-bike will not be covered by warranty until the buyer completes the ownership transfer via onemotoring portal


What are the documents required to claim warranty?

Along with the product, you would need to bring a physical or digital copy of your receipt.


Where do we send the bicycles, e-bikes and e-scooters for warranty servicing?

You can contact our support team via WhatsApp, text or by phone call at +65 8752 6499 on your preferred day and time slot that you’d like to drop by. For complimentary servicing, we’re located at 46 Sims Place #01-193, Singapore 380046. For warranty claims for ebike’s motor/ controller, we’re located at 1 Syed Alwi Road #01-03, Singapore 207629.


What if I bought the bicycle, e-bike or e-scooter from other retailers?

We are able to process warranty as long as a physical or digital receipt is presented.


Shipping Damage Claims

We are proud of our products, but damages due to shipping are not within our control. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may have been damaged in transit, so do check that the item is in good condition upon receiving it. In the unfortunate situation that the product is damaged, please contact us on WhatsApp at +65 8752 6499 and provide the photo or video proof 

Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 3 days from receipt of products.

All exchanges will be done in-store. The customer has the option to self-collect, or opt for delivery (additional charges) to get the item(s) exchanged.
