What does the warranty cover?

  • All our bicycle components covered under warranty includes: Frame, Handlebar & Shimano Gears.
  •  These Parts are warranted for any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 30 Days from the date of original purchase and delivery. You may purchase an additional 3 or 6 months of warranty for $25 or $50 respectively
  • Normal wear and tear of any Covered Parts is not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover any free gifts that come along with the bicycle

For our e-bikes

What does the warranty cover?

  • All our e-bike components covered under warranty includes: motor hub, controller, and battery. These Parts are warranted for any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for six months from the date of original purchase and delivery. You may purchase an additional six months of warranty for $50, bringing it to a total of twelve months of warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear of any Covered Parts is not covered under warranty.
  • Any unauthorised alterations, tampering or repairs are not covered by this warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover any free gifts that come along with the e-bike.
  • The e-bike will not be covered by warranty until the buyer completes the ownership transfer via onemotoring portal

For our PMAs

What does the warranty cover?

  • All our Personal Mobility Aid (PMA) components covered under warranty includes: motor hub, controller, and battery. These Parts are warranted for any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 6 months from the date of original purchase and delivery. You may purchase an additional six months of warranty for $50, bringing it to a total of 12 months of warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear of any Covered Parts is not covered under warranty.
  • Any unauthorised alterations, tampering or repairs are not covered by this warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover any free gifts that come along with the Personal Mobility Aid (PMA).


What are the documents required to claim warranty?

Along with the product, you would need to bring a physical or digital copy of your receipt.


Where do we send the bicycles and e-bikes for warranty servicing?

You can contact our support team via WhatsApp, text or by phone call at +65 8752 6499 on your preferred day and time slot that you’d like to drop by. Our service centre is at 11 Syed Alwi Road #01-03, Singapore 207629.


What if I bought the bicycle or e-bike from other retailers?

All purchases made through the authorised retailers appointed by Express Lines Pte. Ltd. have to be submitted to the respective retailer, which the end user bought the bicycle or ebike from. We would not process any warranty cases directly to end users who have bought the products from our authorised retailers.


Shipping Damage Claims

We are proud of our products, but damages due to shipping are not within our control. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may have been damaged in transit, so do check that the item is in good condition upon receiving it. In the unfortunate situation that the product is damaged, please contact us on WhatsApp at +65 8752 6499 and provide the photo or video proof 

Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 3 days from receipt of products.

All exchanges will be done in-store. The customer has the option to self-collect, or opt for delivery (additional charges) to get the item(s) exchanged.
